What was David thinking when the Bear came? Faith or Fear...? That was the same thought on my mind as I went to minister at the Redeemed Christian Corpers' Fellowship. I knew I was going to meet young intellectuals like me. They are like the Bear, with authority and prowess in pouncing on prey. Sometimes, I think of artists as preys waiting to be consumed by predator-audience. Fearless and enthusiastic, not forgetting the presence of God and my prayerful Project Manager, AY the thespian, I took the predators by surprise. The tide turned, like a rat preying on a cat, phantasmagoria you think! It was real... When you think of an opportunity given to you by a group of young intellectuals to come and fool yourself and prove to them that Spoken Word is a perfect complement for music, drama, and dance ; you will realize what Fear can do to you, and how it can make you sweat profusely in a perfectly air conditioned environment... Thanks for reading but know one more thing, I was well received by those wonderful Corp members.
